About Furry Calm

Furry Calm sells a small, deliberately short range of everyday gear for dogs and cats — slow feeders and lick bowls, cooling mats and bandanas, drying robes and grooming kit, car seat covers, life jackets, puzzle toys and training aids.

The range is short on purpose. We would rather stock a handful of things that genuinely earn their place than a forty-page catalogue of filler, so every product here is one we would happily put in our own homes.

How we write about our products

Sizes on this site are the manufacturer's own measurements, not "fits most pets". Delivery estimates say five to ten business days in transit because that is what actually happens. Where a supplier will not give us a figure, the product page says so rather than inventing one.

Where something will not suit an animal — a flat-faced breed, a determined chewer, a cat who wants nothing near its head — the page says so before you buy rather than after.

We do not run countdown clocks, invented stock counters, or claims we cannot back up. If something on this site reads as an overstatement to you, tell us and we will fix it.

Ordering and returns

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders are packed within 1–3 business days and take 5–10 business days in transit, so most arrive 6–13 business days after ordering. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, and customers in the EU also have a 14-day cancellation right.
