Where is my order?
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days and take 5–10 business days in transit, so usually 6–13 business days in total. If it has been longer than that, message us with your order number and we will chase it.
How do I return something?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Message us with your order number and what you would like to send back, and we will take it from there. Customers in the EU also have a 14-day cancellation right.
I ordered the wrong size.
That is what the 30-day window is for. Get in touch with your order number and tell us the size you actually need.
