Which size should I choose?

Sizes are grouped by breed shape rather than weight alone. Find the row closest to your dog on the fit guide above. If they sit between two sizes, size up.

Can I put it in the washing machine?

Wash it on a cool, gentle cycle on its own, and let it air dry. Avoid fabric softener — it coats the fibres and reduces how much water they take up.

Is it only for after baths?

No. It is just as useful after a swim, a muddy walk or a wet school run — anywhere you would otherwise be following them round with a towel.

When will it arrive, and can I return it?

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days and take 5–10 business days in transit, so usually 6–13 business days in total. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers in the EU also have a 14-day cancellation right.
